Healthy Holidays

Merry Christmas to everyone.  It is important to keep your immune system boosted this time of year due to stress and eating more sweet treats. 

3 Things you can do to boost your immune system naturally:

  1.  Add lemon juice to your water to help detoxify the body and assist the acid-alkaline  balance.
  2. Supplement with Vitamin C or echinacea.
  3. Follow a balanced diet- protein, carbs, fiber and sugar.  During the holidays we tend to increase our sugar and carbohydrate intake.  This not only can add to weight gain but it lowers our immune fighting properties.
