Supplement with Vitamin D in the Winter Months

In the winter months, we do not get adequate amounts of sunlight and this can lead to depression, fatique and a weakened immune system. Our body produces more Vitamin D when we are out in the sun during the summer. How can we improve this?

Research suggests that we should supplement Vitamin D to our diet during the winter months, because research is showing a connection between individuals with lower levels of Vitamin D and an increase likelood of getting flu symptoms and even depression.
