7 POINTS TO SELF IMPROVEMENT

1) Nutrition- Be Concious of the food you put in your body. Make better choices, eat more fruit, vegetables, and lean meats. Make one simple change this week.

2) Exercise- The key is to move every day so you will look and feel younger. If we want to change our body, we have to change what we are doing. Find ways to add exercise into your daily routine. These things will help strengthen you body and keep it stronger and active.

3) Postive thinking- Think great thoughts and surround yourself with positive influences- Be careful of what you read, what you say, and who you spend time with each day.

4)Good Habits-Replace one bad habit with a good habit.

5) Smile- It is infectious- Learn to laugh more, life can be quite amusing if we find the humor in it.

6) Good Posture- Hold in your stomach when standing and walking. Be aware of how you sit at the computer or on the couch.

7) Relaxation- When under stress, take a few deep breathes from your stomach. This will help release tension. It is amazing how increasing your oxygen and slowing down your breathing helps to calm down your mind and body. Try it today when you feel any tension in your neck or back.

This week make an extra effort to improve the quality of your life and health.
